This skipping rope is one that is designed for speed so you can do single-unders, double-unders, and triple unders.

As a high jumper, you want to maximize the amount of vertical force on your take-off foot.

Use this skipping rope to develop the power in your double-foot and single-leg take-offs.

Commit to using this skipping rope at least 3 times a week and expect to improve your vertical jump in 30 days.
